Well, actually my english listening is very poor(I'm brazilian) and I have a curiosity about the song that seems to be chanted by people in Vice City. Here's a moment where the song can be listened

Their song is a made up parody of the chants that real life devotees used to perform in city streets, you can also hear their drums and bells.
