combatbaby00 Posted July 31, 2017 Share Posted July 31, 2017 https://pastebin.com/qDCFNxmq <--- log idk what's goin on but whenever i click 'start new game' it goes black, i hear some music, then it glitches and crashes. the music gets like softer?? and the screen goes black until I alt-tab out. :-/ i looked around on here and tried a few different general answers I was seeing ( messing w/ the DEP, deleting saves / that one other file in documents , etc ) and it was all to no avail so idk what i'm doing wrong but pls help I spent all day getting pumped up and i can't wait to play this. thankyousomuch :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dkluin Posted July 31, 2017 Share Posted July 31, 2017 GTA: UG is incompatible with the Steam version. Did you downgrade it? Plus, try to remove modloader as its incompatible. If you still wish to install mods, you can use custom_mods.img. Any model you want to replace will be replaced by the game itself (by default this img file is empty, but if you were to install a vehicle mod it would load the vehicle from that img and not from UG's IMG archives) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
