Social Club version

Try this.....as it usually works for social club error issues and has worked for me in the past as has the 2nd option i've given you

Documents > Rockstar Games Folder > Delete Social Club Folder > Launch Game > Let It Redownload Whatever It Needs To Redownload.

If that doesn't fix your issue then try this

Control Panel > Grand Theft Auto V > Uninstall/Repair

Once the box comes up select Repair and it will repair any issues within the game

Okay try this...

Log into your social club account and then Go to Game Download and go though the process as if you are going to download the game once the process starts you'll be given an option to "repair" the game.

It may look like the game is downloading again but don't worry it isn't. just do as you would and then there should be an option to "Uninstall/Repair"

If this option doesn't work your only other option is to completely uninstall the game and reinstall it

How did you install the game? Via Physical Disc or Digital Download?

If Digital Download where did you download it from?

Digital download through G2A.com

Then you were given a code when you went to your Social Club Page and then went to Game Downloads to activate the key....that is where you need to go and that is where the link i gave you above directed you too i'm guessing you didn't sign into social club after clicking on the link?

Click the link, sign in and download the launcher again and go from there and do what i said a few post up

You know we've been going back and forth for 5 days now, Why haven't you just uninstalled and reinstalled the game by now?
