Off-screen enemies not dying?

Hello. I've noticed that CJ's homies (Or any ally) won't kill off-screen enemies, they shoot forever and the target won't fall dead, I must move the camera so the target is on-screen and then it dies. Is there any plugin/script that fixes this? I tried using GunSlinger Girl and Ped Spawn mod and it's the same problem.
