Both GTA IV and RDR had more normal looking characters and not supermodels you usually see in games/movies etc.. He then went through months of rehab to be able to walk and talk again. So you expect a GQ model's pretty face ? It's like looking at an alternate reality where Niko and Johnny did copious amounts of pills and bathtub meth prior to the story.
