Disappearing sticky bombs

Anyone else been having their sticky bombs disappear recently? Ever since the last update I've been having this happen repeatedly and it's becoming very annoying. I'll place a sticky bomb (or multiple) only to have *NOTHING* happen when I go to detonate them because they've disappeared. And no, I'm not dying--I know dying makes your sticky bombs disappear, at least in Survivals. So what's up with this?
