Best choice for a business?

So I've been working on getting another business after getting my bunker, need some opinions on what I should do next. I was thinking of getting a coke business so I can have some work to make money from my mc club that's just sitting there at the moment.

I have a few questions though, right now I would only have enough for the cheapest coke business, am I better off going the next one up? Any benefits at all from going cheaper?

Also how much is t gunna cost me once I get the business to get running? I don't want to buy my business and then be too broke to set it up. Any upgrades I should work forwards? I was looking into CEO stuff but it seems there is more risk involved with crates then a mc busines.

Thanks in advance.

Save yourself the trouble and just buy a vehicle warehouse

Stealing and selling cars is more forgiving and more profitable than the biker businesses.

What am I looking at as far as cost to set up? I don't have an office or anything else for that.

1m for the cheapest office and no upgrades (Save the upgrades for later)

1.5m for the cheapest vehicle warehouse (La Mesa)

CEO Office - Maze Bank West - $1,000,000 basic

Vehicle Warehouse - La Mesa - $1,500,000 basic

Sourcing high end vehicles - $80,000 profit per sale (1 sale every 20 minutes)

Potential earnings of $240,000 per hour

Becomes profitable after 32 sales (10 hours 40 mins).

Whereas the cocaine business...

Cocaine Business - Alamo Sea - $975,000 basic

Upgrading equipment and staff - $1,325,000

Fully upgraded it'll make $28,000 every 30 mins, using 25% of your supplies per 30 mins. Assuming you buy all your supplies, that's $46,500 net profit per hour selling to the far end of the map... (Maths: Coke business makes 2 units per hour worth $56k total, +50% bonus for selling far totals $84k an hour, minus the cost of supplies. It uses half your supply per hour, it costs $75,000 for a full shipment, half of that is $37,500. Take that off $84k and you're left with $46,500 an hour profit)

Potential profit of $46,500 per hour, or $84,000 per hour if you steal all the supplies

Becomes profitable after 50 hours (or 10 sales of a full coke business... which takes 5 hours to fill completely), potentially 28 hours (just under 6 full-business sales) if you only steal supplies.

I'd go with the CEO office & vehicle warehouse.

Vehicle Warehouse as the guys have said. I think it's not too much of a stretch to say there's a consensus here it's the easiest freeroam money in the game.

Coke after that. I wouldn't bother with the other biker business though unless you just want to own everything.

As it has already been said, go for Import/Export + MC Clubhouse w/ coke or math. It's a huge investiment that requires many many hours of playing but then it gives you a good source of income, at it's also fun imho.

I bought a bunker one month ago and office+vehicle warehouse two weeks ago, if you can create and manage your own "routine" and fill the cooldown times of the I/E by resupplying/selling goods/weapons, you can make some serious cash, keep yourself busy and have fun too. And the best thing is that you can do those activities on solo too.

I just don't know if I want to grind another million to get started on the CEO but it sounds like it will be worth it in the end.

If you want to rearrange your stuff when you have more money, feel free to do it like me:

1. Arcadius office + Integrity Apt. (across the road) + Disused Factory Outlet warehouse (just down the road, 42 crates) + La Puerta vehicle warehouse.

2. Great Chaparelle clubhouse + bunker, coke and meth near :)

Having the Maze Bank West office together with the Derriere Lingerie warehouse, the Chumash bunker and an apartment or garage near the office for spawning is also not bad ( you save a lot of money not buying the office accomodation :D).

It will be worth it. While you can do VIP work as VIP too, doing it as CEO is easy, you can combine some VIP work to Import/Export vehicles to mix things up and to wait for sell cooldown. You do this while your bunker makes product.

For vehicle warehouse it's important to know you should not sell any low end or medium end cars, just leave them in warehouse, only sell high end cars. Once you have 10 low and 10 mediums in your warehouse you will only source and sell high end cars.

Having the office also gives the opportunity to do vip work...

I think you can also if you have 1 mil. in your bankaccount, but I don't know how much you would have left after purchasing the clubhouse and coke business..

Edit: already mentioned in the post above this one...

I didn't think about that. When I get going, do I need the crate warehouse or can I just buy the vehicle one?

I already bought my club house but it just sits there. That's why I was thinking a mc business but now it seems that's not a worthwhile investment.

Vehicle warehouse and crate warehouse are different; once you buy an office you can run just I/E, or selling/resupplying crates or even both of them.

Clubhouse can be useful to sell your weapons as MC president, this way peoples who help you will get 35k instead Securoserv sh*tty payout.

you wasted your money, but try to see the positive side.

Also there is a MC contract that pays 30-35k(Guns for Hire), try to play it with friends if you can.

Personally, bunker work is the best money method rockstar has ever added to gta. Screw all the other buisnesses.

I made a small fortune trying to do the whole alien egg 600 thing that doesn't exist. 😣

I concur, wholeheartedly, with the other posters about skipping the biker stuff and heading right into a vehicle warehouse. I'll add this: the most expensive vehicle warehouse is worth it. Also, Google the 10/10/12 the vehicles and you'll only have high end sale missions.

10 standard/ 10 midrange/ 12 high-end cars stored in warehouse. Only sell high-end cars and keep your inventory between 28 and 32 cars. Those cars between 28 and 32 will always be high-end.

I will add another sort of reply : if you want to have fun despite going for some heavy farming, go for diversification: vehicle wharehouse for the money, AND coke business for both money and fun.

I would go for the vehicle warehouse. Selling crates is very boring, and you can earn more with vehicle I/E.

You don't have to have between 28 and 32 cars...

I have 10 standard, 10 midrange and 0-1 toprange, and always source toprange. Mak sure you don't have duplicates in your garage

I personally have all the cars in the Vehicle Warehouse, except x80, t20, Osiris, ETR and FMJ

Because they are light and fast. Easy to get and sell unlike some Roosevelt or Mamba

^ Yes I noticed that after selling the two car collection with a friend and then re-stocking the Roosevelt. It's damn heavy and when lifting it with the cargobob it's much harder to gain altitude. And also the slowest if you choose to drive. Once it's stocked, don't sell it!

Vehicle Import/Export is really easy, quite fun and lets you test out high end cars.

CEO Crates still delivers really good bang for buck too.

I mean one thing people seem to forget is that the coke business is passive. After a while grinding for money, be it light work or heavy work, can get pretty boring. With the coke business you can go and do anything you want while making a fairly good amount of money (assuming you buy the right upgrades). You can use the coke business to save for a warehouse. Fill your bunker and coke business, and let it run while you go and do special cargo missions. Or just go and do whatever you want while your businesses run.
