Definitely Jorge Consejo is involved in the next GTA.

He had mentioned to work for the next GTA/R* at his CV. If you check his Instagram account you will see that he his a Mexican actor living in Miami and he spent some time in New York. I guess working at R* Studios. He is not somebody that wants attention from GTA fans, so his CV  is real in my opinion.

After rechecking his CV, he removed that he is/was working on next R* title and replaced it by "Others available upon request"

His resume still has VI on the list. The only reason I'm suspicious is that it has not been removed so far despite the fact that we found it before the release of Redemption 2. Our previous experience with resumes hunting tells us that once the word spreads out in this forum, the listing of a R* titles gets taken out as early as the next day as if someone is actively reporting it to the Eye of Sauron at the NY office.

There's no other Video Game project listed on his resume, and as found earlier, there's a photo of him in a mo-cap suite inside a studio, which makes it more reliable that he is/was involved in a Grand Theft Auto title in some capacity. Maybe R* started screen tests as early as 2014 to find subtitle actors for the main roles, especially given how large and complex a Grand Theft Auto universe is. Roger Clark started to actively work on Redemption 2 in Aug 2013, right? So, when and for how long was he involved in the initial screening process? Very likely before 2013. Mo-cap and voice recording work will also be used for internal demonstrations and vertical slices. Think of the Red Dead Redemption's 2005 debut trailer as an example of a publicly released vertical slice. Maybe It's why Mr.Consejo's role is generic 'The Mexican'? Like the one below 'The Cowboy/Outlaw'.

Spot on. And when he tweeted me, that just made it even weirder. Honestly, he either doesn't understand how serious Rockstar is, and video games. Or he's not in it and it's publicity. Oh and @el carlitos you're quoting me, explaining what I've already said, using my thread as a source  I just found that hilarious

If they did "something" it would be obvious. I don't know if R* operates like this, but it surely make sense. RDR2 leak wasn't taken down so...

When the RDR2 map was posted in neogaf, it was taken down.  And the website TrustedReviews was sued for over £1M. Rockstar don't operate like this, nothing exists to suggest they intentionally do controlled leaks. GTA is big enough to speak for itself. All Rockstar need to do is tweet #GTA6 and the internet will go into meltdown.

Ned Luke announced that he and the other two are going to Sao Paolo (Brasil Game Show) on 11 Oct. Maybe there's something with that Rio thing.

I ain't talking about "controlled" leaks. Just the idea of not putting something down to not make it obvious. Ok this map leak was taken down, I didn't knew that. I always got the impression it wasn't. Maybe someone said something like that and I took it as a given or something I don't know. What about that story leak? It was taken down too?

No chance. They're the GTA V actors. They aren't gonna announce GTA 6 at a panel in Brazil, using the old actors, and they certainly aren't going to announce GTA 6 this year.

The logo is just the GTA V Character switch wheel/icon. And the leak you post is 99% fake, just building of the info The Know gave. An easy way to make your leak sound credible is to make it line up with previous leaks. Works like a charm!

You mean not having it removed? I get what you mean, when something is removed or deleted it alway looks suspicious. Look at Tim Neff in 2017, his Instagram photos at Rockstar and doing mocap were removed, as well as GTA & RDR2. But ultimately, they are still removed. The story leak on reddit was removed, but someone copied what they said and reposted it in September 2017. Trusted Reviews had the biggest overall leak, but they didn't detail story. In fact they did the opposite, they had details, but chose not to disclose them. I have the entire article copied.

Martin Madrazo played a short and nearly a minor role in V. I don't see why the writers will base a whole story chapter on him, unless they get lazy and run out of ideas. I also don't need to mention how comical his character and story with Michael was, and I'd be very disappointed if R* drags the story of V into the universe of VI. One says that it's VC, and the other say it's based on LC. Don't read too much into things and the easy explanation is that both are made up.

Who said it's got to be one or the other. What if GTA VI is set in multiple locations?

Well, they did a lot of that in the classic trilogy. The best example I can think of is Phil Cassidy. A nobody character in GTA III, who was fleshed out and played a larger role in Vice City. I do expect Rockstar to bring back characters from GTA V. They did it from IV to V, although to a lesser extent. Whoever made that leak was at least smart about it. If GTA 6 were set in the past, Madrazo theoretically makes a lot of sense, given his age and... occupation in GTA V.

 

Again, for clarification, I do not believe that leak at all.

Toni and Vic played small roles in 3 and VC, especially Vic, yet went on to headline their own games. Salvatore in 3 was only a minor antagonist, and became a main character in SA and LCS. 

 

As for that Jorge guy he he wouldn’t confirm or deny his involvement in GTA6 on twitter when someone asked, suggesting he’s under NDA.

Well, yeah, going by historical examples, there's a chance of returning characters, maybe even now to play major roles. I personally would be disappointed if VI doesn't start fresh and bold, especially if it relates to V. You don't wait all these years, and now a decade, only to find the story revolving around the same characters again, partially or fully. V was comical in its essence, and VI, which will be a higher fidelity product all around, needs to separate itself from that nearly cartoony world.

I wouldn't say it has to revolve around those characters. Just minor cameos. Think karen/Michelle, or the UL Paper guy. Even Packie just being an optional heist member, if you encountered and helped him.

Maybe, but the way R* handled those returning characters from IV was nothing short of comical. It was like a 'f*ck you' letter to the IV universe. One thing I'm wishing for is that VI will start fresh and bold, similar to how the roots of the III era vanished once the IV universe came about.

That was far from reliable. And is 99% fake, too. The only reliable leak is probably from the Know, as it was the first. Everything after that has largely piggybacked of it, using "Project Americas" to link it. And even then, i don't think it's definitely real. If I had to gauge, it's 50/50
