For the mission A home in the Hills or Breaking the bank at Caligula's you have to finish the last mission at the airstrip. There are four missions at the airstrip but luckaly for most (that can't fly) only the first of these missions require some flying. i know i am 10 years late but i did those missions and yet didnt got the call Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

lil weasel Posted July 25, 2017 Share Posted July 25, 2017 After completing the 4 other Missions (N.O.E., Stowaway, Black Project, and Green Goo.) at Verdant Meadows Aerodrome you can move on.The Heist mission (for me) did not have Woozie call until after the return to Los Santos. So keep doing your other missions. Woozie's call, "Carl have you forgotten?" will come. Take note, the final "Heist" is not necessary to roll credits.
