Hey, whilst I'm at it, how about some fixes for GTAIII?
Ever since playing III on the PS2, I was bothered by some of the blatant bugs that were never fully addressed, which finally became a noticeable annoyance when the PC port released - which also introduced stupid, petty differences and edits
(but that's another story) Anyway, since learning how to model / UV map on 3ds max (after HOW many years?!), I attempted to fix these issues, and here we are now.
Installation: either drop the files in modloader, or have balls of steel and replace the files in gta3.img using IMGFactory.
Naturally, a fixlog has been included for the ignorant (or is it demanding?)

And now introducing fixes for GTA3!

Ever since playing this game on the PS2, I was appalled at the number of blatant model bugs that were left in the game. Said bugs really bothered me on the PC port (but that's another story) Anyway, since learning how to model / UV map on 3ds max (after HOW many years?!), I took it upon myself and attempt to fix these issues and make this game as it should have done in the first place. You've probably seen some of these fixes in the LCLF thread, but that was only a few screenshots..

Installation: either drop the files in modloader, or replace the files in gta3.img using IMGFactory. Naturally, a fixlog is included.

oh, dear -  an scm mod 😧
III-storations - bringing back most of the unused scripted things, and a little more...
informations:
(oh, and please start a new game so that everything works)

- restored unused ammu-nation store clerk dialogue subtitles
- fixed missing buildings during intro cutscene (staunton)
- restored pager message from marty chonks after completing 'drive misty for me' and added mission marker
- baseball bat spawns after completing 'don't spank ma bitch up'
- restored intro cutscene subtitles
- restored unimplemented PAPER1 text (slightly old, has been updated)
- restored railway station & subway names like lcs
- fixed wrongly positioned triad fish factory gate (opens / closes correctly)
- restored three additional zone texts:
'trenton police precinct',
'turtle head fishing co. factory' &
'sweeney general hospital'
- increased 'big 'n' veiny' mission timer
GET

more stuff to fill this space coming over the next few days..

Not sure if you're aware but the iOS port of III has source codes of some final missions. You should take a look at them and see what you can implement in your scm mod :)

Damn, those peds look really blocky! I suggest you use The Hero's 3Ds Max tool so you can keep the smoothing intact :)
