Im having a problem running gta 4 at low settings with or without an ENB Installed to the Game, Here are my Specs: AMD FX 4300 Quad Core AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB Graphics Card 8GB DDR3 Kingston Ram Micro ATX Motherboard After I load into the game, I press ESC and go to the Graphics. I then Turn Everything as low as I can and Then I look at the Resource Usage that Im Using. I Use about 235/2048MB Available for my graphics card and Im doing only 25fps. If I turn everything all the way up, I only get 10fps. I feel like my graphics card should be able to handle GTA 4 At high settings easily at 40fps or atleast 30 with Maximum settings but I cant even play it at low settings. I play every other steam game at High FPS. but There is something about GTA 4 thats not right. can Someone help me?
