HATA C ME Posted July 20, 2017 Share Posted July 20, 2017 (edited) Killing other players in freemode is encouraged by rockstar, and they make sure to supply all the hardware to do so. I just got suspended from all multiplayer games on xbox live. I havent even been playing gta hardly at all the past year, but when i do i *sometimes* kill everybody on the map, usually until i am the only one remaining. (Gotta earn your solo sessions these days. But i dont grind money anymore though ) And i may be dressed as a clown while doing so, but still, its not like i hacked the game for a clown mask... Anyway, you take a risk of getting killed anytime you are not on passive mode. And theres always that option to find a new sesh.. Or contact missions.. haha... Can someone please explain how this is reason for a suspension? Obviously some people's mental composure does not match up to the ESRB rating for this game. I think you just put yourself on the spot. Mature players think cause and effect,clearly something that you lack. There are many different ways to play this game without being overly violent towards other players,and make decent money and lots of fun. Also if it's 'just a game 'then it seems it is not to you because clearly you bothered enough to make this post. Really? (Except when it happens shortly after i join). I personally like starting up a Hostile Takeover work and get in my jet when i see that "players are trying to kick you" message. Play in invite only with friends and you'll be fine. If someone attacks me, i simply try to return the "favour". I would never report someone for griefing if they don't cheat to annoy people. I recieved a communicatons ban yesterday, a multiplayer ban today. Didn't play gta since i got the comms ban though. I generally only reply to hate mail, but mostly i dont reply. The reason Rockstar encourages everyone to blow up each other's 'sh*t' in freemode, with easily accessible and extremely OP weapons, is to stop everyone from earning in-game cash and therefore have to resort to shark cards. You don't even realise you're being funnelled into a certain type of griefing game-style by a very clever marketing company that wants you to do exactly that. You've probably been reported by other players so many times it's not surprising you've been 'multiplayer' banned. And the only person who suffers from helping Rockstar to sell shark cards? You. It's not in the game for you to EXPECT to do missions "in peace". That expectation is not based in logic and goes against how R* designed the game from the beginning and has reinforced with every single dlc. You maybe don't realise you don't need to buy everything in the game to enjoy it, so you don't really need to make a lot of cash and fast to have fun. And you don't make money in free-roam activitives only and you can lag yourself out of public lobbies and play in invite only lobbies with friends/crew. I normally don't reply to messages on XBOX Live except to send the "✌" or "" emoticons in reply to the swathes of abuse, death threats, accusations of modding and being told I have been reported. I replied to some kid the other day who was furious about something I apparently did in a stunt race with the simple reply "Mate, no need to get so angry, go get your mum to give you a cuddle" and I was communication banned for a week. For every "griefer" there are probably a dozen snot-nosed, mardy-arsed little sh*ts who need their hand holding all the way, and look for any excuse to report you. For something. And smh to the noobs that try hiding in wallbreaches. What about these people? Can someone tell me how to appeal this action 'cuz i feel that i am true victim here!
