I use gta race to take some screen shot. It happens in sedan class. Something is wrong with first person view.

Why not just edit the one you have? Or do you really want to start again from rank 1...

If you mean with all the money/random items clusters, then yes. They appear after you complete selling missions.

And you don't actually have to start from rank 1, you can actually start your second character at level 120 nowadays

I have deleted my second character at least 5 times over the years. First character was never affected.

 

Make sure you sell any cars and trade any properies in on the character you are gonna delete, make some of the money back you spent with them.

Did the Sawmill survival with V, yesterday.

 

That area has always been my favourite in the game, and I love how the sawmill itself looks like this massive wooden castle in the woods.

 

Couple this together with the beautiful snow, night-time and Northern Lights and you get a really unique atmosphere that is not possible in any other time of the year!

They didn't add the new NPCs (Bogdan Guards & Avon Clones) to the Content Creator.

I would have used them for a capture mode where one team (the Future "You") use Deluxos (to travel back in time) and help Bogdan, while the other team (the Past "You") tries to capture the data with Avon assistance.
