Lmfao. That was great! One of my favorite all-time memories online was a crate sale with the Tug of course. I crashed a vehicle on the boat, maybe a mk1 if I recall and the boat eventually flipped over out at sea and I was trapped in the little wheelhouse. The boat literally capsized and my character started to drown because the camera was so janky. I wasnt even mad at how funmy it was.

I'm surprised they still haven't fixed the bug in the mission 'The Los Santos Connection' where if you destroy the coke, the mission doesn't fail and the game instructs you to go to Madrazo's.

its such a high percentage of even AFK random noobs that turn godmode on just to get struggle kills and lockon missile kills...

i dont seem to run back into any after i report and block them, but it should be easily preventable to allow this..

 

never remembered it this bad but i just take it as a sign to switch lobbies

What do you expect? The names of the two contact missions " rooftop rumble" and " the parking garage" are reversed for nearly 10 years now.

I finally completed all the OG contact missions in the game, except for the ones that require two or more players, as I was doing them alone. I don't know if I should be proud of myself or disappointed in Rockstar because the last few event weeks have been so sh*t that I had to resort to doing every OG contact mission in alphabetical order.

and i hope they never fix it. i just used to straight up blow everything up in the hangar when i grinded the missions waaaay back during double money on madrazo missions.

A bit off-topic. Kinda regret not being here in 2014 when Online updates were coming out, would had been fun.

At least I will be here for the next ones, and for the next GTA.

I feel the same...i started lurking the forums in 2018, and Made My account in April 2019...Better later than never!

I joined the forums in January 2014. I had just turned 16 then. Man, time has flown. I think one of my first ever posts was a snapshot of my Oracle XS with whitewalls.

I actually remember where I took it as well. It was just outside Rockford Plaza where you exit from the tunnel on the side opposite to the Burton LSC. It had an ice white paintjob with dollar rims and whitewalls. The photo was taken at sunset. Good times.

i started playing the day gta 5 came out on ps4 (2014 ) and man... it was a very very different time and game compared to how it is now. 

 

the economy was not even close to how f*cked it is nowadays.

 

 i was grinding missions with up to 6 ppl for maybe 20-30k or even less and i was happy as sh*t to finally buy my first supercar, the Zentorno. 750k was kinda alot back then lol.

 

I was also trying to get 100 wins in races plus getting those 50 stunt jumps to unlock some of the locked colors.

 

i did the races legit but i found a race  where you can drive off s bridge and it counts as a stunt jump...so i did that until i had 50 lol. Also i was grinding hard towards level 100 iirc to in unlock that one Zentorno spoiler.

 

i would honestly say that time until the first year where the heists came out was probably the most fun i had in gta online. 

 

its hard to compare but back then we had so much less but had soooo much more fun with it

Everytime I'm in the NC, I don't seem to get to throw the person out anymore, wasn't there an infinite glitch? I'm there for a few minutes, and nothing happens anymore.

well it works. when 48m pass and a new day beginns you see the game taking money for every business and etc. you own and it also tells you that you got 5000 added to the safe.

i went to the safe and it was there. 5k flat.

You can't fill the whole thing with the Gang Wars machines you get for free. You can however buy the cheapest one and fill in all the other slots and max out daily safe earnings.

 

I gradually bought all of the machines and mixed it up a bit earlier last year. Well, all of them except Camheadz. There are only 6 double-wide machine spots, and Camheadz is the 7th one.

Works for me? I enter passive before I enter the NC, go down past the first bar, should notify you. or if from loading bay side, climb up the stairs to office, get a notification. Entering through loading bay, I usually get 3-4 NPC to kick out vs 1 or 2 entering the main door. Idk why it does that.

Anyone on consoles getting booted from public lobbies into some half-singleplayer experience?

 

No notifications that all players left, or cloud save failed, etc. Just me, in Online, not being able to use/kicked from imani tech vehicles. Radio and weapon wheel go into slow mode as if in story mode. Players who had helicopters or planes just fell/exploded on impact.

 

Feels like coincidence, happens more after intersected some annoying players in public lobbies (and annoyed them back). I wonder if it's related or just another problem in this game.

I was playing the mission 'Lost My Mind' over a week ago. Normally, the game spawns the NPC carrying the meth on a Seashark in the river/ocean. However, the game spawned the poor sod on land instead. When I got there, he decided to make a run for it.

So I was doing a payphone hit earlier today, and I got the one where I had to run over all of the targets with a vehicle to get the assassination bonus. After running over the last target, who is near the windmills, I noticed this creepy mannequin.
