If you try this, then maybe steal a motorcycle so you can follow and shoot the truck a few times. I'm sure the truck won't slow down enough to stop before the engine starts again. The EMP should be perfect for missions like this. Sadly it sucks.

It's just incredible how often Duggan's shipments are reduced to 9 because one is going to be 'destroyed by someone' as soon as possible.

 

That and helicopters not giving chase, just 9 is way easier... Total wipeout ! (I like to hear that quote everytime)

Jesus, I'm trying to prove to a friend of mine that the 60% Sinsimito chance isn't necessarily a bad thing because with hard mode I bet you can make up to 1.5 million solo if you nab the Elite Challenge but I keep gettin gthe damned Pink Diamond! THREE TIMES IN A ROW! And they're all launched in Hard Mode!

 

Well, at least it's good money.

At this point my luck is expended.

 

And that looks pretty much right. Except on Hard Mode the Elite Challenge is 100K, so yeah. A nice 1.5 million. That's an improvement from what Tequila used to give. And th efunyn thing is, since Ruby Necklace only gives 10% to secondary loot that means the Ruby Necklace isn't THAT much better than Tequila.

Even when I've run out of options and had to steal cash or weed, I come out ahead of my old average double-coke runs, so yeah. Fair trade for the increased cooldown, and lessened again if you run 2 characters (or run it with others for the 48m timer)

Regarding the new crime scenes.. One just popped up for me after a few minutes which tells me I dont believe you have to hang out for any extended period of time if the session itself is already 20 minutes old. Either way. I was about to pick up ny 2nd piece and bye bye goes the wifi. 

 

Has anyone tested yet if you can throw a molotov then enter with the M16? Any special powers like in Vice City? J/k

Okay, fickle question but does anyone know how to change the shirts worn under waistcoats and jackets. Like if my character is wearing a fitted three-piece suit, is it possible to change the colour of the shirt? I can change the colour of the waistcoat, but I haven't found how to change just the shirt.

You still can. I did it a month ago with a Toredor and it worked nicely.
