[Arrows to Athens]

Is it me or does it take a long ass time for the next freemode event to start?

Does anyone know why my character's mood is stuck? At some point I had it at "injured", and now they just have a permanent derp face in race lobbies, even if I change it in free mode

At some point they decided to trim down that menu, and now every type of race besides stunt races are just under "Race", so you have no control over what kind of race you're looking for

I discovered a dumber reason. Turns out they changed the Map Blip Options so disabling them from appearing in the map also removes them from the Quick Jobs menu.

Same way. Hold the d-pad button and press X to record. I'm on PS5 and I do it all the time to make clips for the Editor.

Boy, do I love starting Piracy Prevention, retiring as a CEO as quickly as possible, and turning on the yacht defenses. The poor souls who continuously fly the beached helicopters toward me never seem to figure it out.

I honestly can't believe I was 15 when I first got this game. I'm 24 now. Almost 9 years later, and I'm still playing it. Man...

 I was already 33, was married ( now divorced) and got a baby girl ( who is going to high school this summer)

 

I seriously need to use the skills i learned in gtao to "test" all the boys shes bringing home in the future. "Oh, you wanna date my daughter? 1v1 beach noob"

Has anyone tried sourcing hangar crates recently? I went on today and tried to source some, but there seems to be a bug whereby it will allow you to 'confirm' the mission on the PC in the hangar, load you outside the hangar, but won't start the mission. Just takes you into normal freemode

I play golf pretty often and found a shark last night. First game he shot 8 under and I was 7 under (I think that's a record for me), second game he shot 6 under and I was 4 under. Pretty incredible performance. Most players spend the round running the shot clock out because they're too dumb to understand how the game works.

Buffalo STX + AP Pistol + BST = Extremely effective against hostile Toreadors, Insurgents, Nightsharks, etc. It takes out occupants instantly.

I just did one yesterday, or the day before. It was the one with the Tula where you have to go diving for the crates and it worked out OK eventually, even though we must have killed a dozen freakin' helicopters and they just kept spawning.

(incidentally it's been over three months since I've started GTA up - a few years ago it would be unusual to be disinterested in a franchise but highly invested in a forum discussing said franchise... but not today!)

Always use Power when driving and Approach for any shot after that. Putting English on the ball midair is very helpful, too. Be mindful of the wind if it's above 3 mph, otherwise it doesn't do much. No tips for putting as I'm pretty bad at it, but you can usually just stop the gauge right on the yellow marker of the power band and do pretty well.

On PS4 it's the left joystick in whatever direction you want to spin it, and tap X. The faster you tap, the faster it spins. Forward English will make the ball roll farther upon landing, and vice versa. Same goes for left and right.

 

On another note - I just hit 112,000 FT in the inverted flying challenge. What a nail biter! Trusty Molotok got the job done.

That would be awesome! Do you know what your record is? I've barely broken 200 on the Bati - I think my top is like 212. The MKI seems way too sketchy for me so 1,000 is definitely out of my grasp

Yeah you have to use the mk 1 blasting straight down the wrong side of the road in between both lanes. You start around La Mesa and use those bridges by the docks and airport.. I had over 600 once before.
