Yes. But you can also do it as VIP. Just need $50k in the bank. Don't need to own the Office or MC Clubhouse.

Biggest problem is just registering. With everyone having access to CEO or MC and lobbies being full the limit is always reached. I've tried finding new sessions but they are all the same. You just have to stay on the CEO/MC menu and register the second someone retires or leaves the session. Yesterday I retired as a CEO and went to register as an MC president to call out a bike but in the few seconds I was retired someone took my spot and I had to wait again.

So question but if I do get into the Los Santos Car meet rep thingy and doing Street/Pursuit races which of those 'turd cars' should I buy if Custom Vehicles are enable?

 

I've been trying the last two days to get a first place in the Pursui Race like the Prize Ride challenge says using the stock Calico GTF but can only get third...

The Calico GTF is a good bet, but the Sultan RS Classic and Vectre can be forces to be reckoned with (even post-nerf). I believe the Jester RR has a faster top speed though, but less traction.

You know, the more I play the Tuner Heists the more I am convinced that Mumblemann is a f*cking rat. Like an FIB Agent level rat.

 

His entire character and what he says is written like a cliché undercover agent; comes out of nowhere, has connections, has connections with FIB, fights the IAA, has no record (like a new identity has been created in TV shows) etc. I was playing the one where you have to find the drug recipe today, and it hit me, the guy we are sent to find is not one of Kenny's friends, he's one of his FIB informants, why would a low level street banger go to the IAA, and why would the IAA take in a street banger unless they had juicy information...like which "criminal" is actually an undercover FIB Agent...? The recipe was just cover with the real thing being the fact that Kenny will find him anywhere.

I was gonna say maybe it's a frame rate thing but I haven't noticed a difference on PC, in fact it's kinda random (which is why it's fun ), but maybe they changed it to be more intense due to the consoles being able to stream stuff in faster?

He's really unique alright.. "All business. All pleasure" I have never in 30 years heard someone combine these two phrases. Idiot moodyman. It's one or the other. I guess even Rockstar was like Ffffffff lets just roll with this sh*t. We can't take it anymore. 

 

I've been grindin those tuner contracts just a bit lately. On the off chance I unlock something cool. I want to laugh at the dialogue but god dang.. I'm sober right now and thats a joke enough. You'd have to be on drugs to think that mf is cool.

Oh god! That line pisses me off every time I hear it! It makes no sense. I'd been thinking that they are rookies and everything they are doing and saying will get them caught. But, I like @RyuNova's idea more. Moodyman has to be an undercover cop or informants. In all our GTA character's time, has anyone else ever questioned if they were a cop? It makes sense for the cop (or informant) to joke about making us snort coke or to keep talking about how no one knows who he is. The undercover cop who doesn't know what he's doing would do that!

I personally think he's an FIB Agent like Agent 14 is for the IAA, using outside contractors to do the FIB's dirty work. Its like someone typed "Undercover Agent" into TV Tropes and built a character around them.

Legit. I used "cop" as a generic reference to any law enforcement role. But having us rob the UD for the FIB is a good indication he's undercover FIB.

And now my editing program won't allow the clips through.

Go to Settings>Captures & Broadcasts>>Captures>Video Clip Format, it will give you the option to switch it to MP4

Yer Dude, finally looked in there...... But I got a sh*t load of "first Look" clips from E&E release.  walk around admiring graphics,  New vehicles, races.

 

Now got to do again.

Yeah,  if you still have those clips there are converters that can convert them to MP4, just Google WEBM to MP4

Finally bought the Kosatka was skeptical being new to online and figuring stuff out … first run took me a while but was easier the second and then the third and so forth…well you all know rest…. Having fun buying all kinds of stuff now

Have you got the series hidden via the inventory  otherwise it should be in the series tab when searching on call. I think it's the second option in there.

 

Quick tip, if there's a Hakachou Drag, get on one. That thing destroys these races, lol.

My friend was the same. He and his partner were burnt out from GTAO, not enough time to grind or wait for businesses to make money. I convinced him to play GTAO after the Cayo Perico update, and he saw how easy it was to make money. Eventually is other half joined us, they both got Subs after I ran Heists with them a few times and now we just run back to back Cayo Pericos.
