Same. I played daily on two accounts doing the casino missions and work but haven't got anything on either account.

 

Got bored tonight so thought I would start playing online on PC. First thing I did was spin the lucky wheel and got pretty lucky.

 

 

Would have prefered the Thrax but starting as a level 1 with an Infernus Classic is pretty good. Didn't even do the closing game trick to get it.

My bad, I thought there was something about cheating with horse racing. I’ve gambled exactly 3 times now and lost 3 times now, so f*ck all that jazz. I barely even know how to play blackjack. Wouldn’t care if it was cheating. That ship sailed loooong ago. I hope everyone does everything they can to keep money out of R’s pocket lol

Are the characters voiced in that language or is it subtitled in your language but spoken in English?

There is no voice over, only subtitles for the voice. In some languages subtitles are worse than in others, there is an ß issue with German for example.

So, that's exactly how high rollers are visiting the Casino on a budget buck. There was a heli on the pad and on the behalf of the USAF I was obliged to knock it over.

 

I've just clocked out from the longest GTAO session that I've had in months and... it was actually funny, when you have a lot of cash: waste 600k of chips on Blackjack and 3 card poker, get around 170k of them back, order up that 150k champagne and polish it with Macbeth just to find myself in the Penthouse feeling the need to decorate it. Casino is nice, but it was designed to make you lose money (pre-patch horses excluded). I don't like card games IRL, but in GTA playing it socially is fun and at least we can chat while playing.

Pretty much every English word in the screen is translated to PT-BR here, including some vehicle names: The Bravado Half-Track is called Bravado Meia-Lagarta, the Sentinel Classic is called Sentinel Clássico, which is annoying because it's inconsistent.

 

No voices are dubbed though, thank God.

I look at glitches and exploits like this - "does it affect me personally as a player?"

Godmode - That can affect me
Modded cash - That don't bother me at all

Now if someone does a godmode glitch and plays missions or survivals that's fine. Just don't bring that into pvp

I would have to say both if we could buy and sell cars to other players, or if we could buy, sell or trade business supplies to others.

Interesting. I know English is seen as the "worlds second language" but it must be annoying to have to read subtitles all the time for people that cant understand English. Obviously the majority of people on here can so its a bit of a biased pool.

Truth to be told, most voiceovers are notoriously bad. Horizon 4 in French sounds so annoying with the voice actors that should have been in the child show for 3 years olds, that a lot of French people I know prefer English. When I used to live in Russia, local translations were absolutely terrible and the pool of voice actors was so narrow that it could drive you insane to hear the same voices in different games.
