A couple of oddities I've noticed since the Casino swallowed it's former self:

 

elevator doors no longer close after you enter

 

occasionally when you start to rob a store, a second clerk identical to the one you're robbing runs out into the street

Speaking of NPC's I noticed 2-3 days after the update dropped for the Casino that I had Clone dealers clipping into each other. What I'm trying to say is the game had already spawned a dealer at one Blackjack table but decided to spawn a 2nd same looking NPC on top of the first dealer. Dealer one would function as normal and have all their animations, dealer two who was clipped into dealer 1's space would have no animation besides a standing and eye blinking animation. Seems to have been a minor glitch and since been fixed as I haven't experienced it since.

Won a Thrax on day1 (got it and still have it) and day2 (got 20k xp)

Lost my armored paragon because of the insurance/penthouse-garage-bug but doubt that's what I got the money for, as that car can't even be bought?

I can't put this in any of the B&M threads cause this was just too damn precious: tried the 7up t-shirt challenge finally this morning and surprised myself by getting it on second attempt ------ only to fail last jump.

I just checked to see if I could play GTA on PC but it says I can't because of this

 

 

What would happen if I tried? Is this cheap or easy to replace? I know nothing about computers.

You click the link that says "Click here for the latest drivers", and download the latest graphics driver for your computer. That's about it!

Like mentioned just update your drivers, but not knowing that site i would like to strongly suggest you get the latest drivers directly from AMD, there's a ton of sites that have all sorts of 'helpfull' malware to install drivers and also a crapton of ads.
The below link goes to AMD website, look around a bit to confirm its legit (it is but considering somebody is giving you this link you should always double check) then download your driver there instead, much safer.

I would say look into a good and reliable pc  with a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 graphics card or if its possible you can change your graphics card on your current PC too.

NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 would be good for 1080p gaming (Full HD) but nothing beyond that like for example 2K or 4K, but do look into a new pc which I personally think would be easier for you.

Install newest drivers from the AMD site directly, never download anything from the sites you don't trust and always go for the support to the manufacturer, unless you're looking for something custom and you know what are you doing. Here is the correct link for you.

 

Your GPU should be fine playing on normal settings, but your CPU better be good to handle the game, otherwise it may be a slide show.

I'm planning on getting a new computer probably early next year. I just bought a fairly cheap one since I did all my gaming on Xbox and never planned to play anything on PC.

You can directly update system drivers through the Device Manager. Right-click Windows taskbar logo and you'll find it.

 

I had also resolved most input lag/connection issues through updating the Xbox Peripherals while my gamepad's connected.

 

Based on the latter screenshot, just looks to me like a bit of a shady "automatic update" program, based on what I've seen. You can always check in each category within the Device Manager itself and choose which drivers you feel need updating most, because I feel any third-party program wouldn't do that process properly other than Windows.

WTF... come on now. I had a fully modded T20 and couldn't do it. Barely got it with the GTO. Unmodded Bati? I swear to god. I couldn't even do the one down the scenic highway with a Bati I dont think. It's the one where you start on top of the parking garage. Why don't you just go ahead and post the video. This is crazy

no, not the parking garage. I did "end to end", the one that starts at terminal and ends in paleto bay. Lots of room to wheelie boost and even then I only beat it with about a second to spare
