If ya mean when posting then you highlight the text and click the "size" dropdown

 

if you're on mobile then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ just use bbcode a la [size=5]text[/size] where the number can be from 1 to 8, works on PC as well if ya like plaintext bbcode editing.

We were at the edge of the beach trying to hit them with explosive rounds. They weren't moving and I kept shooting at their heads and nothing. It was less than 1500 meters for sure. Weird. Couldn't blow up the yacht heli either.

 

In a related note, got shot down by yacht defenses for the first time. That was interesting. Lol

I feel like I'm the only one who likes Power Play and Land Grab..with the right people.

 

I didn't think much of them until this seasons Clash of The Crews. Ever since, really enjoying those two.

 

I enjoy both Power Play and Land Grab, but unless they're running a double money promotion, it is usually quite the task to find a match or fill a lobby. Also; Drop Zone, Cross the Line, and Collection Time can be quite fun with the right people or just with people who do not quit or drop out. That's the issue with random matches though; even if you have a full lobby in the beginning, you are often lucky if you see half of the players still around at the very end unless the match is only set to one round.

 

There are actually some rather decent Adversary Modes in general, but there are far too many varieties as a whole. Just scrolling through the list of them (which is always growing) can be quite daunting and time consuming.

I was just getting back to my bunker with some supplies and someone in a jet dropped cluster bombs and blew up the van I was in.

 

It took me a second to realize I hadn't died. sh*t man I didn't take even a sliver of damage. The guy in the jet swung back around and promptly crashed into the top of my bunker and died.

 

Yes I lost my supplies, but watching the jet guy fail was so satisfying.

I screw around with that AA quite a lot. It's mostly just scare factor as it's been nerfed so much since yachts were released. I don't think I've been destroyed by the yacht's AA for at least a year and a half.

 

The defences are almost entirely useless if you pull a few Gs. Now, I'm not saying that people should play against flak guns, but it's usually fairly safe if you avoid flying in a straight line at a consistent speed. Still, it's a matter of luck as to whether or not captain Brendan (straya, mate!) can correctly guess where the pesky little plane or chopper is heading next.

Are you sure they were nerfed? When was that?

 

They feel the same to me, but then I hardly ever fly around them. Just seems like a strange thing to nerf. Hardly anyone I saw complained about them.

They used to fire off flak in random directions, but now the AA defences only fire on a straight course ahead of the player most of the time, so it's horrendously inaccurate against 99% of pilots. Could just be placebo on my end from not getting hit in a while though.

 

IIRC, some people were complaining about how aggressively the defences used to fire from certain locations, so the fire rate (and maybe the range) was toned down a bit in early 2016.

I wasn't even aware the yacht defenses actually shot at you. I always assumed it was just insta-kill thing, that's what it seemed like lol.

Nothing captures my attention gaming wise now. Hopefully Halloween will bring cool stuff like the Batmobile (which I'm super hyped for, come at me everyone).

I usually play 3-4 hours a day....

But this past week, I've only clocked in one and if I'm lucky 2....

It's just so motivating to play when nothing good is going on.

 

And yeah, I'm super pumped for the Vigilante. I can't wait to hunt down the multiple Banes and Jokers of Los Santos in it. If only they added a Bat Mask....

I can't play for more than an hour solo, but this game becomes so much fun when messing about with others. I somehow managed to waste 3 hours eating up the terrain in a Wastelander with a friend in the bed! Some things didn't exactly go to plan though:

Yeah, PoisonedGas! He's Aussie so our gaming times differ a bit. I either play GTA with my real-life best friend but he's away for a good chunk of the week or I'll game with those I've met on the forum (handful of us, not many - wish I knew more people) but haven't really gamed with forum people on GTA in ages. I did hop on recently just for car pics but anything else just doesn't attract me as much as it used to.

If any X1 peeps wanna meet up at some point just PM me or something. Get that GTA spark going again. I make a mean sausage on the BBQ.
