Honestly, I'm not liking this new layout at all, I hope a option to reset to the old layout is available in the future.

I can tell this layout tried to go for something more compact and simple, but somehow it ended up being even more polluted than the old version, things are inconsistent, it's way too slow compared to the old version and the bubble which I showed earlier is still covering the search button(glaring design flaw right there), Threads aren't even properly separated and organized like it used to, if it weren't for the pin icons i couldn't tell what threads are pinned anymore because they're aren't divided properly.

And a star to jump to the latest read post? Who picked that icon?? That's usually a icon you pick to "add as a favorite" button.

Oh yeah, and the tagline "Stroking your ego, one post at a time" might have been funny some, but it feels somewhat hostile and childish in a otherwise serious forum.

 

Only pro for this new layout for now is that I don't see any ads, even though that wasn't a problem really.

 

It just sucks, sorry. I just can't believe this forums went almost a whole week offline to come up with something like this.

 

UPDATE: It's much better now that the staff took some suggestions and cleaned it up.

Thats not an option unfortunately. It's not just a switch that can be turned on and off. This is it for now until everything can get sorted out you just gotta bear with it. It will take quite some time for everything to get worked out but it will be worth it in the end.

Meanwhile I happen to like the new layout, it performs much better on both my PC and IPad. Got a problem, sue me.

How are some people able to teleport to their apartments with a click of a button? Can you do with with facilities as well?

I mean, I would be shooting or firing rockets at someone who has a bounty on their head, and before I know it, they've magically teleported to their apartment like a mouse. Are people that scared to die in this game? Is this teleport feature even allowed or intended?

If you start up any of the Original/Doomsday Heists without completing them, you will get a job notification via phone to continue your Heist in freemode. You can have both Heist types active at once, thus giving you two places you can teleport to.

This^ Yes it is. Only xbox.com is slower on the whole of the internet.

Okay, I've not actually finished the internet yet but it's real f***ing slow. I hope this is something yet to be fixed. I'm fine with the layout despite usually hating change, it looks pretty good.Waaaaay too slow though.

After almost 5 full years of GTA Online from this October, I finally did the unthinkable. I finally got my Joker character his gold rank, making him second character to get a gold rank. First was his sister Black Widow. What a great month and awesome start of the weekend.

R* hates civilian helicopters easy to land. Did their best overall with the Swift then released helicopters harder and harder to land each time.

In notification settings there is an option to play sound when recieving a notification, looks like it's on by default, just needs unchecking.
