I've always wondered why GTAV doesn't have a title screen. There are intro pictures, loading screens, text, and the blurry sirens, but nothing that slaps a big logo on the screen and says "Hey, this is GTAV". I can't think of another game like it.

It literally shows you the logo on the bottom left of the entire loading process.

 

A tiny logo off to the side, sure, and it's several screens in. Not a title.

So Is max insurance now 10k for consoles?

I knew the deluxo changed to 10k from 20 but today I noticed my thruster is also only 10k insurance.

They lowered the cap for weaponised vehicles to 10K. Everything else is still capped to 20K (actual amount will depend on value).

Is having moderate NAT a bad thing for GTAO? After so many years I noticed this today. I never got problems getting into crowded sessions, kinda surprised me. I found this while looking for another setting.

 

Playing on PC btw.

There's 3 levels

 

Strict (NAT 3)

Moderate (Which your on) (NAT 2)

Open (NAT 1)

 

You only get open I believe if your directly connected to the modem or router and your gateways firewall settings aren't having a meltdown. What people want for online gaming or RTA's (Real Time applications) is anything between moderate and open. Strict is terrible because it prevents you from playing with other people. I know this because for the first 2 years or so on my old ADSL connection Our gateway was set to strict and I couldn't find a way to change it but one day the line disconnected and came back up and I had a moderate (which is NAT2). When it was strict I couldn't play with anyone or a lot of friends and doing anything online was a nightmare.

Depends on the platform I think. How does pc players test the unreleased vehicles, isn't that some way they do it in single player? I'm not 100% sure how people got the worn colours on cars on ps4 but from my understanding that was manipulating the save game files in single player and then glitched them over in multiplayer. They could from my understanding use them in single player

Not sure if this is any help or not or what you were looking for and it might be wrong also but thought I could mention it anyway

PC players can do anything they want in story mode, cause mods.

 

Ps4 players can get a save editor which is essentially cheating for consoles. I wouldnt advise doing that.

PC players can do anything they want in story mode, cause mods.

 

Ps4 players can get a save editor which is essentially cheating for consoles. I wouldnt advise doing that.

 

Not arguing against that but it's possible if someone really wants to do it and also pay $60 to be able do it

Indeed. Rockstar blocked the Trevor’s garage glitch some time ago. There were a few older cars for which it still worked before, but I haven’t tried it out in ages anymore.

Sad that Rockstar forces people to play the free Online version to simply drive certain cars and denies every use of them in your paid game version. I am pretty sure that the SP game can handle every new vehicle just fine.

Huh. Never knew that. It's actually pretty nice they have it programmed so that it forbids you from entering Online with the mods on, just so that you don't get accidentally banned for running a mod (discounting script-kiddies)

People cheating in online are probably using altered asi/dll loaders to bypass these warning screens.

 

As for us, single player mod creators actually take these precautions for themselves too, no one wants to get an angry call from an army of lawyers who work for take2 because their work used in GTA online.

I finally bought the Savage for my female character today and it was probably the worst decision I have made in this game I think I'm going to end up in bad sport again soon. Today was the first time I've used it since the buff and it's already overtaken the Buzzard to become my favourite helicopter.

Start up a VIP job, certain ones disable bad sport and insurance fees

Just blew up my bunker supply (210k) because i decided to take my friend's Flak AA Trailer to use in the 5 dropoff insurgent sale.

The explosion was nowhere near the insurgent.

Lesson of the day: Don't use flak cannon in the green insurgent sale.

Guys, i wanted to trade in my bunker to he smoke tree discounted one, but it said i will lost all research progress. If i buy the new one will i have to do all the research again or will it only lose the progress of the current research?

Which one are you trading up from, just out of curiosity? I've recently started a second character, and not sure if I should get the discounted Bunker and Hangar this week.

 

I prefer the hangar at the Western end of Zancudo, and the Farmhouse Bunker... but the ones on sale this week are so cheap...

 

 

If I were you and you were looking at moving to another bunker I'd hold on for the one right next to FZ (Bunker) My friend owns that one and it works out so much better then any other bunker out there since it's between both Los-Santos & Blane County. My friend has all the bunker upgrades & research done so this may work out different to you unless you have all upgrades. Sell Missions work out pretty well and a majority of the time ends up with insurgents along with the occasional Phantom Wedge sell mission and rarely the Marshall and FAV sell mission. Marshall and FAV sell missions here are a pain from that bunker if you are selling to Los-Santos because you have to go up high hills and while the Marshall should be able to handle it, it does flip very easily on the hills. Not sure about the FAV mission since when ever we've gotten it it needs 4 people (and we're only 3 players) but I assume it would work out the same as the Marshall except a little more difficult to get up the hills.

 

Friend sells when the bunker is at 100% capacity and get's around $1 million if he sells to Los-Santos and since the FZ bunker is closer to Los-Santos like I said and if you don't get the Marshall or FAV vehicles as part of your sell mission, it's a very easy straight to the point sell and can be done quick and easy.
