"Transaction failed" when selling coke

This happened twice in a row. First mission I had to use a garbage truck to drop off the coke, at the end I get a message saying "Transaction failed because inventory or price data is invalid. Please reboot to refresh game catalog". I rebooted my PC, tried again. This time I got a boat drop mission and I get the exact same message after the last drop. This is very frustrating. What is the fix?

Are you purchasing supplies for the business, and starting a sales run before they've been delivered?

I exited out of the game for 3 or 4 hours and now it's working. I will keep my eye on that, thanks.
