Has anyone else gotten that notification that says "you will get a reward when you do a gunrunning sell mission"

I just logged on GTA today and saw a message saying i could get a "special item" if i sell some stock. Just sold it a few min ago and raced backed to my bunker and i didnt find a "special item" or anything new. Anyone got some answers?

It's an Ammu-Nation black hoodie under Special Tops --> Unlocks in your wardrobe.
