Just over $7,000,000. But isn't it still going? I literally just did a test round and got just as much money, and it still had the 2x bonuses in the Overtime Rumble thumbnail. What time do these weekly events normally end?

1st attempt: ended up host, nobody joined after 5 minutes

2nd attempt: 2v1, end up losing so made like idk whatever somebody makes in a 2 round game but wins neither round

It's a decent Adv. Mode to be fair... Well, it is when the players joining actually play/not troll... But sh*t happens, no complaints.

 

Elsewhere though, I made around $3m from businesses...

 

Playing for cash (for me) has long since passed thanks to the events leading to Gunrunning... it's all about the fun. Well, it was even when I needed/wanted cash, but I'm just so pleased I don't have to think about it anymore... I aim for the win, but there's less depending on it, by in turn, I compete more relaxed and with just the challenge at hand on my mind, so much better, so relaxing... And so far, more wins...

 

(Like Shawn Micheals though, I lost my smile (no drugs involved though, lol)... Taking a break, and life's bit busy, still, holiday's soon... Yay!)

 

OP, so you know, pretty much every week/fortnight for the last 18 months or more, the game has 2x events running, or an extra 25-50% on businesses and such... Tuesdays are the main day this stuff changes around, though Thursdays and Fridays have had the odd thing added too, and the occasional seasonal events or standalone events on specific days...

 

The next DLC speculation thread usually gets the info out much quicker than the R* newswire, be ideal to keep an eye there, and if new races get added, jump on them quick if you want that world record tattoo... Took me nearly 4 years to get that baby!...

To get a half-decent payout you needed to play for 45mins+ and then a lot of people end up leaving half way through or going idle so I only played a few games. Feels good being the guy who wins it on sudden death! we got $215,000 for that win and $100,000 for a loss. Not worth all the time sat around waiting for everyone to complete their jump IMO

My ratio of good/bad matches was like 1:1.

There was a sh*t load of afk players, having 1 on your team was bad enough but 2 or more and a loss was inevitable. I just ground em out.

 

My new money making method is good too. I let my rowdy 12 yr old run races all day.

Got like 2 mill over the week , that instantly went into making some lowriders.

I loved that game mode so much even if half the time lobbies went to hell. Even in some bunk lobbies there was a chance to have fun, like I'm not great but had a couple matches where i was on a 3v5 (me and one other good player + an average vs a team of 1 good and 4 average) and ended up winning by playing very aggressively (and also had a few rounds where we could have won except for a stupid move that was done to try to be aggressive)

Same here. The only time i played one was deadline to unlock the shotaro. I really hope they do this never again. Locking a vehicle behind a sh*tty adversary mode sucks ass.

Good job on the winnings though. I think the only time I've done that well was 2X Contact Missions.
