Getting players for custom deathmatches...

So, long story short, I created some well-received deathmatches back in my X360 days. I migrated my character to PS4, and more recently, over to PC, as well as my custom content. Trouble is, it's difficult getting enough players into the lobby to re-test them, and hopefully, generate some constructive criticism (wishful thinking, I know).

 

Does anyone have any tips on how one might go about bringing players willing to try them out? I get the sense that there's so much content out there now that it's damn near impossible to grab anyone's attention. It was a hell of a lot easier back when I first started making them.

I really appreciate the help. My SC/Steam ID is the same as my forum username. There's one in particular I'm really hoping to try soon called "Tube Wars." It was built entirely in character-perspective within the LS metro station. It's impossible for me to update it at this point, because Rockstar had restricted that entire underground area back in 2014. Unfortunate, but still pretty cool, in my opinion.

Rename them to something like

"1.000.000$$$ in 5 min and 100.000 RP Easy New version after 1.40"

or similar

Make sure you have completed some jobs and have accumulated some job points before trying to invite people. Otherwise, nobody will join.

Joining a crew focused on created content is a good idea. GCCC has a small but dedicated and enthusiastic core on XB1 that runs weekly created content events. The PS4 side is a lot bigger so there is more events to choose from.

just use the words MODDED in the title along with some dollar symbols and noobs would pour in!
