Does the clutter & money vanish if you change office layout?

so lately ive been thinking of changing my office interior and since its all on discount now, i thought why the hell not. but the only issue is that i want my money piles, clutter and trophy to still be there when i change. when you look on the preview it is removed but i wonder if thats just to show the office off a bit more.

All content in your office will stay, it just previews empty in order to display what the office itself looks like.
