Doesn't matter who you kill, run over, or blow up. It can be a fancy Executive, construction worker, or any of the many gangsters. None of them seems to carry more than $30. I thought Cash was King in Los Santos? Even Merryweather guys are poor.

When jackets are $13,000 it's hard to make ends meet in the city.

 

Also, so few people carry much cash in 2017; it's all Visa, MasterCard, and Shark.

I went in to my first ever public lobby on PS4 (Just got one a couple weeks ago for my birthday) and 70% of the lobby was kids probably around 10-14 asking people to drop them money.

Funny. I was mainly referring to the NPC's you can kill that barely have any cash on hand, but I suppose Player's too. I remember back in the early days that you could get up to $5k off someone if they didn't bank any of their cash.

I hunt down fatties, lurking around Burger Shot. Easy targets and mostly +20 on hand. :)

While we're on the subject of previous game features, why can't we have the driving "stunt bonus" back? Yeah, I know the rocket vehicles would probably earn infinite money, but they could be exempted...

I NEVER carry cash. Everytime I pick up even the tiniest of dollars I immediately withdraw 50 so I can deposit it lol

 

Pretty much useless sending a mugger after me unless I've literally just completed a sale :D

There should definitely be a lot more variation with how much NPCS carry--especially in regards to the more wealthy looking NPCs and those hanging out around the Vanilla Unicorn. Though I agree, with the latest in-game prices, I'd imagine that a significant amount of Los Santos residents are living off maxed out credit cards.

Last time I had $1 in cash I lost it in my car, found it again over a year later, and lost it again 30 seconds later.
