As for the exclusive pedestrians (those that only appear in VCS, and do not have their counterpart in VC), I will leave them with the original names by default. This is because it does not give me to think about which characters could replace them, that would be at their discretion and pleasure. If you want me to upload files with changed names, so they have an easier replacement, tell me. But keep in mind, that will be my criterion there. That only. I'm kind of flabbergasted on that part, tbh. "GANG1,2,3,4, ect" doesn't really tell me anything, I don't know what order these gangs go, or which number is which gang, when most of them actually have a letter code like "cba" (Cuban a) Edited March 14, 2019 by Datalvarezguy Clarification to make it clearer.
