Some vehicles' stock wheels can be tinted, but it won't appear as a solid color. Notes: 1. Only vehicles that can be modified and stored have been listed. 2. For my purposes, the difference between painted and tinted is that painted stock wheels should appear the same color as a non-stock wheel painted the same color. Otherwise, I classify them as tinted. Whenever I get them to match from a merge, like getting the stock wheels to take the secondary color i cant seem to merge it to say a bennys car to transfer the color to bennys wheels. Some unlisted vehicles that I've tried today : Can be painted : Vapid Retinue (same as Tuner 'El Quatro' rims) Dominator GTX (same as High End 'Chromatic Z' rims) Flash GT (same as High End 'Chromatic Z' rims) Deviant Issi Classic Issi Sport Kamacho Komoda 8F Drafter Toros Vagrant Can be tinted : Lost Slamvan Painted in a special way : Pariah (secondary paint) Cannot be painted : Nightshade (despite being on the positive list) Vortex (despite being on the positive list for outer rim (at least, pure white made no difference)) Gauntlet Classic Paragon R Stafford Sultan Classic (stocks are chrome) I will add to this as I find more, so do check back.
