Frequent black loading screens and freezing/lag

It seems that the loading screens have become longer.

 

And just now, i began the delivery of 2 top range vehicles, the game spawned us outside but with the inability to start the ignition, get ouside, honk the horn, etcetera. Meanwhile, 2 guys come strolling by and blow up the cars. So what gives?

Why did this happen? FYI, the vehicles blew up but we didnt die; after we got thrown out of the vehicle from the explosion, we still couldnt move
