Why the 2 Yardies have the Same Model?

Every 3D Era GTA Game have 2 model of the Gangs (In SA its 3 or 4) In GTA III Yardies members only have 1 its because Rockstar is too Lazy to meke the Second Model? Lack of Time? What is your opinion of this?

You shouldn't ever bring up laziness when talking about game development. There are over 100 uniquely modeled/textured characters in the game. To call R* lazy after doing ALL THAT makes no sense.

OFF TOPIC:

Sadly, The Hospital Male and Female only apears as peds in Shoreside Vale, But you can edit them with IMG Tool remplacing the medic model by oner of the hospital guys.

 

The Hospital guys re-apears in LCS.

They share the same model but one of them walks like a gangbanger while the other walks like a regular male ped. On my game I replaced the second one with a custom ped I did with Jinx though.

what about xbox version? Maybe that has unique models (but most probably not)
