Since may "modders" don't actually write their own codes, using someone elses requires skill and the ability to read. Often in the haste to produce an effect, just dropping the prewriten mod into the game causes problems. Posting in this forum will not help. There seems to be the continuing and unfortunate misunderstanding that this part (GTA San Andreas) has modding as a feature.
