That's because you selected the new camouflage paint scheme that your lab rats have been cooking up.

I bought GTA 5 second time steam, now I can buy on new account but no cash
wrong positive dlc ban I think. Hacent use hax evr, guess now R bans ppl from dlc stuff. again the fals guyse.

It has nothing to do with a "ban". Trust me I'm the cleanest player and even file a ticket if I get "illegal" money to have it withdrawn again. Besides that you'll get a message if you get banned.

It sounds like your game didn't download the update so i am going to give you a guide on how to force the game to redownload the lastest updates.

 

Follow my directions and it will force the game to redownload the updates

 

1. Go to your GTA V Directory - C:Drive > Program Files > Rockstar Games

 

2. Open The Update Folder -

 

3. Now Open x64 Folder -

 

4. Now Open dlcpacks Folder -

 

5. Scroll Down to the bottom to where you see files patchday13ng, patchday14ng and patchday15ng -

(Hold CTRL and click on all three to select them all) once you have selected all three of them delete them.

 

6. Restart GTA V Social Club Version and it will force the game to re download the delete files

 

 

THIS PART IS ONLY IF YOU USE STEAM IF THE ISSUE ISN'T ON STEAM IGNORE

 

6a. Once you have deleted those three folders go back to Steam > Right Click On Grand Theft Auto V > Select Properties > Select Local Files > Select Verify Integrity Of Game Files -

 

 

7. This will force the game to redownload the deleted files including the latest Gunrunner update.

You just said you bought Steam version which means you were using the Social Club version of the game which means most likely you are missing the update files on the social club version so you bought the steam version simply for a car when all you had to do was redownload the missing files which i just told you to do.

What i am trying to explain to you is, There was no need for you to buy the second copy of the game as the fix i gave you would've fixed the issue and given you the car.

 

All you had to do was RE-DOWNLOAD the files...

I tried ur guide, I did full download GTA again. And ticket got closed by refering on general links. This bug is not known to R and atm no solution is in work it seems. Unless you buy new version no way to get it, wait&pray that all.
