^ this. And if you sell a full supply bars worth at 210k you will net 135k even if you bought the supplies in under 10 minutes. Sure the frequency in which you can do that sale mission is limited - but if as you say, you do other stuff in the meantime that becomes less meaningful. Gunrunning can basically give a whopping bonus to your income every 2 hours 20 minutes.

Yep, though personally I don't buy supplies as I'm ahead in the bank so have the time to do these bits... I enjoy the jobs, and can fill any business within 10-25 mins, depending on luck...

 

I start by filling the bunker (if needed, as I like to log off with things already done), then an MC business. I leave them to rot, doing either I/E, crates, contact mission playlists (if semi-idle at times) and then sell the MC, refill it, go again, keeping an eye on the bunker though it lasts a while, and then sell all at the end of said session... I sell at $175k($262.5k) each time, 2 MC sales of at least $50k (Yep, I play with the ID business too, lol), usually have time to grab 8x 2k crates to slowly build them up, and 3-4 I/E cars, all the while popping in a contact mission between, usually start those at 40 minutes into a session, to avoid the bills, ha-ha, though more-so MC ones, the others are small, but MC is 30k p/h...

 

The bunker is doing both research and manufacturing... I want the unlocks but in no rush, and the time between gives me lots of time to plod other things, hitting my targets slowly, or just goofing off as I'm under much less pressure for cash having bought all my cars/helis/property/toys, after the 2x events on contact missions and heists this year...

 

The only thing I don't really like is the consequences of racing or 'on call' jobs/heists... Often things take less than 7/14 minutes, hard to shake off the times things take at the moment, lol...

Just curious what you're selling at?... I'm on 13 complete sales now, 1 fail/got blown up... Each time I'm selling at 262.5k... Aiming to earn $157m from this over the next ear, and probably that again, or more from I/E, crates and MC combined too... I got bigger targets now... Lol...

 

Im just doing the 10.5k (LS) sales if its not ready by the time i return then i give my self a headache on the shooting range lol

Right then fellow 601'ers ive stumbled across a nice way of cutting down on time/effort and not lose $$$ possibly a faster method of pay :)

 

On the multi drops do your first drop and blow the delivery vehicle up YOU STILL RECEIVE FULL 7K OR 10.5k :D

 

Not sure if this works on full sales

Ahh, fair play... I gotta be fair, knowing you, or possibly others, are going a quicker way about this mission/surprise is pleasing for me, although a tad selfish, because by the time I've caught up, I'll know for sure that it's 100% you know? And if not, then I can stop at 50/100 sales, lol... After all, it is the internet, and I could be wrong, but not seen anything from R* themselves (admittedly, not really looked properly... Will soon... Busy morning, lol...)... At 10.5k per sale though, you'll could still make a profit from the bunker/MOC, lol... Just... But I/E and coke more than covers any losses, well does for me...

Ahhh. That must be it! The production timer doesn't run during the sale! When I'm selling in 7k increments i consistently get another $7k between 10 and 11 minutes. I figured it was ten minutes and production didn't count the loading screen. My bad peeps. That's good info.

Also to add, contact missions/races, just be sure they run past 7/14 mins... I go for 8/16'smyself... May as well get full pay there too...

Joel14cat, the merryweather insurgent mission is the only 5 drop off mission that won't give credit for a single delivery. I've just been blowing up the insurgent with my rocket bike and waiting. I can't seem to do that mission in under 14 minutes so I'm not doing it for this grind. I can source supplies or run headHunter in lieu of it.

 

For clarity - I've been running these 7k missions as a biker

I've done about 2 sales since the update lol! Can't believe people actually want to do over 600 sales just to get a damn egg.

I don't think of it that way, It's just a target number for the long run... There ain't nothing out that can compete with the variety of GTA, so for the next few months at least... I'm in... My desire may change if this is proven otherwise but for now I plan to play for another good 6 months or so... Maybe a spell away here and there, after all Gran Turismo comes later in the year, but a sale a day, 2 on good one's... This'll soon fly by... All running in the background while I do what I actually want, at my pace too...

 

Basically, doing what I do anyhow, just with a long term actual goal in mind too... Can't really see a reason why not really myself... To each their own...

 

But think about the car sales, MC sales, crate sales, heists, missions, fights, and partnerships that may come along the way, loads of golf, races, chats and all sorts of fun to be had in this game man, plus I have awards and elite challenges to do... All the while hardly ever needing cash again when new things come (if they do, I expect some more things beyond the drip feed, IMO)... It's gonna roll in... Seems just too much like the GTA I love as it is... As I said in a previous post, and now I've got my missions down, and my head around that poxy paywall/time wasting thing, this has really given me some things to chase, outside all the fun I can find at a whim as usual...

 

Unless I'm missing something here... Make your own fun.

 

I want IGG3 to come, huge mansions, large garages, cars, heli's, boats, clothes... The works... With more sports and social activities next... Pool, dancing, basketball and the like, triathlons too!...

 

I feel freemode has enough opportunities, though a vigilante update, with rampages too... Or a legit businesses one... Bars, clubs, taxi ranks, cinema's, stores... The Golf Course... The Casino.

 

Man can dream...

Oh yeah. One marshall drop, then I pick APC = byebye marshall.

 

Same with Insurgent with 5 drops, one drop on the beach and then gluglu on the sea.

Because you must destroy the first wave of merryweather, see the second point on the map, and then you can destroy the insurgent for a succesful mission.

I get credit for everything after one drop. Insurgent, Marshall and Dune Buggy.

Where do you get the 400k from?

 

An IE car sold to a specialist dealer nets you 80 when you subtract the modification cost, you can sell every 20 minutes. That's 240k per hour.

It's 15 minutes for me and i do the headhunter runs inbetween the sourcing.

@ Alvarez... Everyone gets a 20 minute cooldown after selling 1 car, 30 minutes for 2, 40 for 3 and 50 for 4 car collections.

 

Been the same since it dropped.

Now they're even going to exploit the alien jetpack mystery for the sake of online? f*ck you R*. f*ck. You. I really don't like where this is going. If they're going to add the jetpack, at least make it so that any player can earn it fairly and not with a bazillion shark card.

 

Solving GTAV's mysteries was one of the best things about the game. Now if you want to see a hidden UFO crash site you need to be a gunrunner, which is already goddamn expensive. Everyone seems to be hyped but I can't give a crap if I won't be able to see it for myself. Earning millions is a chore and a grind, in my opinion and I sure as hell won't spend my cash on shark cards.

 

The fact that you need to be a gunrunner kinda ruins it for me. Why can't we get back to the good ol days where we just needed to explore or use a cheat code? Why do I need to spend all my free time grinding money or buy a shark card to actually be part of this?

 

What the hell. Whatever R*. You can shove your mystery down your ass.

I agree 100%. It started in SP and it should end in SP, or at least be accessible in both SP and Online if they want it to be online so bad.

How you pull that off? Presumably by selling 4 cars at once?

 

Doable in theory but difficult to sustain without 3 good friends on hand. In my experience randoms have a high propensity to smash up the cars!
