San Andreas Rampages

V2 is released!

 

Fixes:

 

-The GSF + Flamethrower rampage doesn't cause a black screen anymore

-The amount of Soldiers needed to kill in the Rocket Launcher rampage has been decreased from 20 to 10

-Higher ped density in the Golfers + Golf Club and Peds + Spray Can rampages

-The Vehicles + Rocket Launcher rampage in Las Venturas now has proper traffic (before, all streets were empty)

-Fixed some more minor ped density stuff.

Not exactly :( this is a quickfix of errors Curtis found right now. I've been working on a new version with Rocky which puts all scripts in one, but it suffers from another bug - pickups dropped from peds don't disappear anymore but rampages from 50 to 75 don't appear.

Do rampages appear at a specific time? I installed the mod and i couldn't find any rampages.

They should appear at all times when you have the mod installed... maybe you have something that conflicts with it. And yeah, feel free to use it :D

Do I need to install all the Rampages - PART x.cs files so all the rampages are available or can I use them separately?

 

EDIT: The briefing never appears when I pick up a rampage, how come?

You probably didn't install the .fxt ;)

I'm sorry but that's really strange o_O it should work fine. I bet you put the .fxt into the "fxt" folder that is in the CLEO folder... otherwise I don't know xD

I'm saying this too late, but I found another problem here. When I try to complete the combat shotgun rampage in the Market Station location, where you need to destroy 10 cars, the game suddenly crashes for me.

Hi!

Me and @Rocky24pl with the great help of @Jason Statham made the V3. Stuff done:

-All the rampages are put in one script

-Levelled some rampages out, some are a bit easier, some are a bit harder

-Added 10 more rampages

-Fixed the "peds don't drop anything bug"

-The script now uses global values, effectively fixing the conflicts with missions

-Rampages are now saved in the statistics

-The "rampages.asi" fixes a few bugs related to ID's - now the Flamethrower rampages don't use Molotovs at all, Drive-By rampages work properly and there are 2 new rampages which require you to run over pedestrians with a car

-Rampages related to the law enforcement now give you a specific wanted level

I found some bugs in new version:

1. Peds needed for rampage missions just not appear. Sometimes they appear, but only as a drivers

2. Some rampages from previous version not appear

3. Flamethrower's sound doesn't works

1. That's a very strange bug. Tested by me and Rocky, they appear very frequently on the streets.

2. Which ones exactly? This could be related to the pickup bug.

3. Not sure if this is caused by this mod, but I'll look into it.

No idea, honestly. Tested on a clean copy of SA and a copy with Sin City and LS Property Pack and in both they work correctly. Perhaps check the .cs in order to find out what might conflict.
