A question about Gunrunning vehicles in missions

I have a quick question. I only bought the oppressor in this DLC. I cant use it on the heist missions but today I saw somebody using the Half-Truck with upgraded weapons in Convoy setup. So I am curious which vehicles I can use in the missions from this DLC. Also I didnt check the oppressor in normal missions.

The Oppressor and MOC can't be used in missions etc but the Dune FAV, Half track and Tampa can.
