Help! ALWAYS Getting Disconncted in Certain point of HEISTS and setups

Hey guys,
Every time when my Heist group leaves the Pacific standard bank after raiding the Safe, I get disconnected from the lobby.

By this i mean that ony my screen it says "Demolition left the heist" and we all fail the heist since a member disconnected. This ALWAYS happens the first time when i exit the bank in the heistafter starting the game. This is extremely frustrating.

The same scenario happens to a friend when we do the setup mission "convoy". Whenever we fail the mission, and reload the misison, he or I gets disconnected.
Does anyone have a fix ? I have high end pc components and a stable internet connection. This HAS to have something to do with the settings. Anyone have experience with such Disconnects during heists? ( this exlusively happens in heist setups and heists)
