CEO Office / buzzard worth it?

Hey, I'm currently pretty low level (around 20) but I got like 2,7 million. At the moment I just got a high-end appartement. I don't own a super car yet. So I'm asking if I should buy a really fast car or a insurgent or a armored kuruma or mod the (free) duke o death. And besides that I'm curious if I should buy a CEO office (and?) a warehouse. Because is this worth it and will you earn your money back? (fast?)

And the last question is if the buzzard helicopter is worth it? I've seen a lot of people saying it is really good, but it still is 1,7 million (a lot of money). With the buzzard and the CEO office about all my money will be gone, so my question is if it is worth it and otherwise where is should invest in.

I'd definitely recommend purchasing a Buzzard. Ideally, Import/Export is the most profitable way to make the money back you spend on an office and vehicle warehouse. The Buzzard is also very nimble when it comes to VIP work too.

Highly recommended if you're going to farm money.

Absolutely, the Buzzard worth every penny.

Get a Buzzard, an Office & a Vehicle warehouse.

Start with the Buzzard, become a VIP & grind the VIP work (can be done in an invite only session). Once you have the means, get the maze West office (upgrade to a better office later) & a vehicle warehouse (look for the 10\10\12 method). This is the best money earning business in GTAO. A Cargobob would make things a lot easier & more efficient, so keep it in mind.

Becuase I will be new to the whole CEO thing, do you know a guide for the vehicle warhouse or something like that. I've heard about the 10/10/12 method before, but don't exactly know what it is.

Thanks btw.

Edit: And what about the risk of other people stealing/destroying your stuff?

Absolutely worth it. Once you have bought the buzzard, being able to call it in for free to wherever you are on the map as a CEO makes it the ultimate in handy (and armed) transport. I mean, why drive anywhere? Seriously.

Sure thing, here's a guide for the business.

http://gtaforums.com/topic/875432-importexport-business-knowledge-base/

The 10\10\12 method is you have to import 10 unique standard range cars, 10 unique mid-range, 12 unique high-end cars & store them in your vehicle warehouse to guarantee all the cars you get afterwards are high-end cars for maxim profit.

As for people destroying your stuff, Its a possibility, that's why you need to find a peaceful lobby before importing/exporting cars ... Or look up the Solo-Public lobby trick for your platform.

My pleasure 😀🏼

When it comes to a car, get the Duke 'O Death, it's fast as hell, NPCs are too dumb to shoot you inside of it, and you got the ramming power of a much larger car in it. In terms of the office, get a CEO office and an Import/Export warehouse, and only sell top end cars, eventually it will only give you those and you can make 80k at the drop of a hat~!

Buzzard is probably the most useful thing in the game to get.

The buzzard is by far one of the most useful vehicles in-game.

Get it and a vehicle warehouse. And if you can afford it, a cargobob. Then the jobs will be a breeze.

Owning a CEO office comes with its perks, like being to spawn the Buzzard right next to you for free, doing VIP jobs for an easy 20K to 35K (Although you can also do these as a VIP), free snacks, and numerous other useful things. I also suggest buying a vehicle warehouse if you choose to get a CEO office, as it is quite a good way to make money and also entertaining because you get to race fast cars around. I also would highly recommend buying the Buzzard, it more than pays for itself very quickly.

There's only one reason to own a CEO office.

FREE SNACKS

If you are ready to grind for cash then get an office, car warehouse and warehouse and stock up the warehouse while stealing and selling high end cars.

You'll look back on your 2million and realise it was peanuts.

The buzzard is the vehicle I use the most. Definitely worth buying one. They are a lot of fun to fly too.

Get a Buzzard first before anything else. It really is hard to understate how useful it is in both free mode and missions, and its usefulness in free mode multiplies even more once you can instantly call one in next to you for free with the CEO Securoserv menu.

It lets you tackle many things solo that would otherwise take more players or time, and you can use the CEO call-in to move around the map as quick as possible. And since time is basically money in this game, the actual impact of having a Buzzard is probably higher than I even think once you factor in the convenience and time factors along with the money earned.

Unlike most things in this game, a Buzzard will pay for itself many, many times over. The only difficulty is teaching yourself how to properly fly and fight with it.

Cheapest CEO office is 1 mil.

Cheapest warehouse is 1.5 mil.

Start sourcing. Then do VIP missions in between.

Buzzard is the most important vehicle in the game but you will be dead broke once you buy it. You can get by with driving to Burton's or the Medical pad by the gang neighbourhood for helis, for now, until you break even.

Then, buy the buzzard. Then sky's the limit once you are at the 10/10/12 point of the warehouse. Money rolls in.

Get on the MC business as well down the road. Passive 350k income for coke doesn't hurt. Plus the ability to later on spawn the Oppressor endlessly.

And so on. Totally agree with everyone here, the Buzzard is worth its weight in gold. I don't think I could cope without one these days.

Fast transport, it's armed and can be used in quite a few supply missions. I've never regretted buying mine for a moment.

Don`t forget that you get the option to buy 3 garages for your office later when you can afford it. Storing space for 60 extra personal vehicles is very important once you reached higher levels.

No

Just 12 different cars, no two same ones. This applies to the 10 standard and mid range cars as well.

No, just different cars.

For example: No 2 T20s, just one.

A vehicle warehouse will make you money back in time.

Even if making more money is not your priority, a buzzard and an office is so incredibly helpful because you can spawn the buzzard anywhere to get about the map quickly.

If you can't afford all three get the cheapest office and warehouse first and you'll make money for the buzzard in no time.

The piece of sh*t runs out of rockets trying to blow up the armored cars and constant locking on to other f*cking targets

Call up Buzzard and finish up

The buzzard always comes through
