You can try their official suggestions route to pitch a Social Club API. As for third party solutions, yeah, you're going to be pretty much limited to web page scrubbers. I started the following project on GitHub: https://github.com/DennisV2809/SocialClub/ Mainly aimed at Discord bots, but it can also be used for other purposes.
