I was so pissed that I created an account just to ask this question. I sniped a guy in the head with assault sniper and he did not die. Then, I shot him eight times with assault shotgun with his back turned and he still rolled backwards and killed me after the eighth shot. Is this some new armor, lag spikes, unluckiness, or some issue from Rockstar? I really want to know and you guys can friend me to see the video that I recorded showing all of this bs. Please reply and thank you.
