Character Transferring (PC / Xbox One)

OK, So I was very first xbox 360 at the time GTA V was released. when Xbox One was released, I got Xbox One and character transferred to the Xbox one, then PC GTA V came out. and now I been playing it on PC for a while and I got CEO building, MC Club and such.

 

But now I'm thinking of wanting to go back to the xbox one GTA V but the thing is, I want to know if I am able to transfer my PC account, to my Xbox One account.

Which I don't have Xbox One GTA V copy anymore, nor is it downloaded anymore,

So I am wondering can I transfer from PC to Xbox one when I already transferred to xbox one previously but from the xbox 360

Nope, transfers have been disabled, but even if they hadn't you would have only been able to go Xbox One to PC, unfortunately.
