1st bunker raid!

Just defended my bunker for the first time. (This raid happened just after I delivered a crate, so now orgs are cursed with that just as mc always was.)

 

My stock has been stolen and taken to Brouge Avenue, Davis.

This mission required me to defuse the 3 bombs planted on the truck before stealing it back. Time limit was 5 minutes, each bomb had a different 'hacking' minigame attached.

Here comes the ridiculous part: I've cleaned up the area before attempting to disarm the bombs. Each time I entered one of those minigames, new wave of enemies spawned, not even coming with cars, just spawned at good locations (rooftops, behind crates, and so on). I didn't actually get shot when 'hacking' but was almost killed the second i finished it due to enemies camping and waiting to unload into me. Same story with each hack.

I was alone in org and in the lobby, so no way to get any help. Imho this is just too much, i can fight all the npcs coming for me, but not cheating scum spawned right on my ***.

 

Luckily I survived and delivered it safely back to the bunker, so it was a success.

General advice for those raids is to get backup if you can and definitely go in with full health and armor.

Has OP bought the upgrade or not? Meth labs were still raided by junkies after security upgrade.

Exactly. I haven't been raided yet either but with the other businesses the security upgrade just made it less likely to be raided. Didn't make it impossible. Why would they make it that easy?

 

Anyway, perhaps it's a good idea to order that special armoured suit when you go to defuse the bombs? I haven't bought it yet and I never played that Juggernaut adversary mode so I don't know what the limitations are, but surely a 500.000 dollar armoured suit should help you survive a little easier?

Yes, Security upgrade was bought on day 1, it probably works just like mc, only lowering the chances for raids.

so im always afk when doing bunker stuff. I just collect supplies then go to cameras and stay like this for 1.5h. Still havent been raided so i wonder if this can happen when u are inside of bunker

Well if it is anything like the MC raids then no it should not happen while inside your bunker. That's why when I am doing MC stuff I always disband before leaving my warehouse or right after making a sale because even with the security upgrades I got raided constantly. This bunker business is abit tougher though because you need to be a registered CEO to get your MOC, buzzard and all the other goodies that come along with being a CEO.

I wouldn't think so, since you can still go inside your bunker even when not registered as a CEO or MCP. Although I have never taken the MOC out when I wasn't registered as one of those so I'm not fully sure.

You don't need to register as anything to request the MOC, nor to modify a vehicle or weapon inside it or use the weapon locker. Can't speak for the turrets(don't have the command center module), but the mobile missions do require registration.

I have the security upgrade since day one , got attacked yesterday like OP.

 

Same mission , had to defuse 3 bombs , enemies rushing in from everywhere. I used some enemies vehicles to make a wall to get protected from shots while hacking.

It could help, not really sure if you can hack in that suit. Also you can't use snacks when wearing it.

What a bullcrap to post that it wont happen with security.

Do you think it's possible to "shield" the location with a vehicle before entering the minigame? Like parking MOC or Brickade behind you?

My MC stuff is all upgraded and I still get raids.

 

It doesn't stop them it just lowers the percentage of getting raided.

does the research bar decrease, when youre getting raided and dont finish the "raid-defense-Mission" ? like loosing stock?

Not sure but i have always played as CEO and no problem with raids, never had raids on another like special cargo warehouse or cars warehouse, ALWAYS on coke lab or any MC president buildings

 

So maybe if you use MC President in bunker then there will be raid sometime like ok coke, meth, .. labs

my bunker got raided and it was halfway full at 430 thousand dollars value. same situation. to make it f'd up my friend just left the lobby minutes ago before it happened. still managed to save my supply though.

Bunker raids could be a decent way to break the monotony of running businesses, but the obnoxious nature of GTAO's NPCs means this is going to be nothing but wall-to-wall frustration when it happens.

 

Same old story - spawning waves of enemies one after another so you can't even do a sweep of the area and secure it before getting on with the job. Wow, so immersive, infinite teleporting aimbot armies protecting a single truck containing stolen goods.

So friend got raided today. We got this exact thing.

 

we were getting ready to export some cars and Agent 14 called. My friend was lucky there were 3 more people in his org, otherwise he'd be ded.

But yeah, the standard: go to a location, kill them fools, disarm 3 bombs while one friend is a lookout, deliver the truck to the bunker with NPCs after you and you're done.

 

Are there other variations? Cause it's gonna suck if you get raided while you're alone in your org or mc.
