Does this mean I have access to all the in-game unlocks such as the Atomic Blimp, .50 pistol and extra cars available in the box Collector's Edition? Thank you! What did you "Pre-Order"? because the PC version of the game has been out since April 2015 and there are no "Special Edition" for PC those Collectors Editions were only for PS3/360 versions of the game...
