Does anyone at Rockstar actually read the tickets you send in?

 

I sent a ticket in just to explain the oversight with the Dune FAV and I got a reply twice that told me they were sorry for any issues I was experiencing and that I needed to follow these steps to fix it. (Not even related to my topic.)

 

I know they are just auto reply's from a bot but its a bit annoying.

 

Also had to send in DxDiag and MSinfo, I guess they look at your system for cheats?

Cooked on cigarettes? I've heard of smoked meat but that's probably a little to literal for my taste.

 

The secret is to either call in (if you can) or keep replying until a human (HA!) replies to your multiple requests.

My bad I meant hooked. It is fathers day and I have had too many white russians. I would try to pvp later but it would be a disaster.

I sent them a ticket about the gear in the interaction menu bug that was introduced with the Biker update, their replied that the problem was on my end and that i have to follow their trouble shouting guide... i was like "okay bro".

I have mixed experience. Once I reported a bug and they requested a video with more details.

So, yeah, they do read the request. At least, sometimes

 

EDIT: They also compensated an ammo loss in another request

You will probably get a useless response the first time but if you reply then a human will read it and probably sort out your problem. I've always had my problems sorted out within 2 days.

I got a human response when I sent in a ticket, never had a problem with the support team either. Always been friendly and good people to me.

I've always had a human reply back to my tickets. They have always been friendly and helpful.

They're pretty okay on the whole - you occasionally get an initial reply that borders on 'have you tried turning it off and on again?', but in those instances, you've just got to point out 'that's not what I was talking about - I meant ________', and be persistent (but polite!).

 

If necessary, reply to support tickets with ...more support tickets, until you get a response that actually tackles what you're dealing with head-on - in general, it's never quite so much you didn't get an actual human responding, more that you simply got some newbie who just gave you the standard generic reply, and you have to just keep at it until someone engages with you proper.
