I have 1.3 million saved up, to make the most money should I buy an office now or keep saving to buy a bunker?

 

I just started playing again, so I don't really no what choice to make as I don't know much about either.

Also how much do you make for CEO missions typically? Is it more profitable than VIP missions?

Save up 1.5m and buy yourself a vehicle warehouse

I would go for the CEO Office. But you'll need another 1.5 million for the cheapest vehicle warehouse. That's where the easiest money is.

 

Keep in mind, not a regular warehouse. Those are for crates. You could buy a cheap (small) one to make money for the vehicle warehouse though.

 

But I would just heist myself to 2.5 million, so you're over half way there! ;) Gotta love the grind!

Office and warehouse. let your MC biz build up in the b/g and steal cars like hell.

 

If you can afford it get a warehouse and alternate cars and crates. Once you make enough get a bunker and repeat as above but steal all bunker supplies. By this time next month you'll have went from broke to king.

forget the bunker if you want to make money .. this update is not for making money.... so get yourself the Office rather than the bunker ...

Yeah, I would stick to the office and I/E stuff for now.

 

So far, all my gunruuning DLC purchases are founded by Import/Export. The bunker is just an addition, but not the primary income

CEO and VIP missions are the same.

 

I think the cheapest vehicle warehouse is around $1.5 million or so.

I'm not sure if it's true,but from what I've heard,gunrunning doesn't really pay that well compared to CEO and I/E stuff (or even some of the better paying MC businesses),so I'd go for the office if I was you.

If you have a high end apartement, I'd recommend getting the cheapest CEO building. Even if you can't afford a vehicle warehouse yet, you can still have permanent VIP as a CEO, and VIP missions do pay well and you also get the abilities to spawn vehicles.
Otherwise, if you're homeless, like Quinn_Flower stated, get a high end apartement and start working on heists. Remember, most stuff are for money draining only, there are no differences between the CEO buildings and the upgrades are worthless and just a waste of cash.

The i/e work on the CEO office pays the best in the game if done correctly

 

The cheapest office is 1 million dollars, only the location and views are different

 

The cheapest vehicle warehouse is around 1.5 million, BUT, it is in a VERY bad location, the access is terrible, there are far too many places for other players to hide and kill you as you drive to the door, and steal the car after all your hard work

 

There are far better locations, I started in that one, but moved to a much better one

 

The cheapest CEO office and the cheapest vehicle warehouse are opposite ends of the city, and a major drive to source another car

 

Last weekend, in 2 days, I earned over $4,000,000 from doing the i/e work, with selling dubsta 2 every hour or so

 

As far as I am aware, that amount cannot be done with either the MC president or the bunker work

 

In short, buy the cheapest CEO office for 1 million, do the CEO work to earn money, do mission after mission after mission, without the CEO work, just doing missions can net you around $100,000 per hour

 

Heists can be profitable too, even the Fleeca job can net you quite a bit for a little easy heist

A vehicle warehouse lets you steal cars and sell them (Grand Theft Auto, can you imagine we finally have an addition that lives up to the actual franchise name?)

 

There are 3 types of values for cars. The highest ones sell for 80k every time (actually 100k but you have to pay 20k for mods).

 

I you fill you're warehouse to 80% you will have every type of car you can steal. After that you'll get random duplicates of the cars you already have.

So it's best to fill to 80%, because now you can sell your high end cars and when you source a new one, you'll get the same high end cars again.

This way, you'll only ever sell high end cars.

 

I myself steal only the T20, and then sell it again. Do some other stuff while on cooldown. Steal T20 and sell it again.

 

So you better start grinding your ass to 2.5 million. And then start grinding the car business! ;)
