atleast in the states there are tricks in the tax laws that allow you to pay less in taxes, if you own lots of vehicles and properties.

 

why you think some celebs have house they never visit and fleets of vehicles?

 

1-because they can.

2-to benefit from tax codes like cost segregation.

 

i work with wealthy people and have asked many of them and the answer is always the same, to pay less in taxes haha

yeah i always imagined a thing like this. they buy cars that they're sure they'll always sell at higher price. i think super yachts work a bit like that too. as weird as it can be, super yatchs sell very well. and a super yatch owner is almost always sure to find a buyer if he wants to sell. a kind of floating bank

Never. i know what an euro represents. and if i drive a Lamborghini someday it will be for a week-end max. I don't see the interest of owning such cars. the only rare car i could own is a Mc Burnie Daytona replica (Miami vice series car). but we are far away from real Ferrari prices
