62- This is the only game in the franchise where you take matters in your own hands. No bullsh*t Mafia boss telling you to be his little errand boy. You are your own boss!

63- The fantastic gunplay, this is by far the game with most satisfying gun mechanics in the 3D universe even to this day and it's only beaten by GTA IV.

71. It's the 1980s.

72. Sunshine Autos. How I would just find cars and motorcycles off the streets and put them in the garages there once I bought the place. It was very aesthetically pleasing.

73. each asset had it's own set of stipulations to ensure it gains income. cherry poppers had you sell drugs, the docks had you racing from checkpoint to checkpoint, and the malibu club had you plan a bank robbery. way more thought out than GTA V or even san andreas.

81 - Contrary to GTA 3 and San Andreas driving the rhino is worth it to perform a vigilante job, knowing you will inexorably reach your targets by speed and its handling make this all-but-fire-proof vehicle an excellent choice

82 - Although it's more a bonus than anything else the ability to rob stores is entertaining, convenient and contributes to the immersion
