The mod allows you to bypass the updates on the launcher and still play V with mods. All first time users, please let the thread know if it worked for you guys, as this will give others more confidence. Because ScriptHookV is not going to work for b1103 without updating for that version? At the very least anybody with an updated version would need to downgrade to 1032 by replacing the new files with old files. Run the game using GTA5.exe, that's it. When you want to update the game, run it normally using GTAVLauncher.exe (or PlayGTAV.exe). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Stopping an update doesn't work if the game is already updated. The account still needs to be verified thus Internet access is required. Stopping an update doesn't work if the game is already updated. I just force updates off on Steam and use steam in offline mode, generally. But now I'll use this. As for the script hook update, it's not looking too good so far, I'm starting to be skeptical especially since Alex was part of OpenIV team..
