Phantom mobile center keep reseting its customs

My phantom cab from the Gunrunning mobile center keep resetting itself everyday. I custom it in my bunker and without even destroying it sometimes reset when i call it when I'm far away... Am I the only one?

Oh and I forgot, it's not the pefect stock one, some of my customs remains like the custom plate or bullet proof tires...

Yeah same. Having lots of other issues in the main game too. Seems the update has caused issues. Mate's apc stopped firing, I couldn't access any of my buildings and random cuts ene issues when entering MOC where it just hangs.
